What Is an Immortal Facial?

An Immortal Facial is a trademarked treatment developed by Dr. Robey that combines Morpheus8 RF microneedling, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections and exosomes. This combination stimulates collagen production, repairs tissue and rejuvenates the skin. Its regenerative techniques go beneath the surface to encourage long-lasting improvements in texture and tone.

Techniques Used During the Immortal Facial

Morpheus8 RF Microneedling

MORPHEUS8 is a fractional skin treatment that stimulates collagen production in the underlying layers of the dermis. As the microneedles pierce the skin, the body responds with a controlled healing process that results in more collagen and firmer, tighter skin. Morpheus8 also incorporates radiofrequency technology, which heats the tissues to provide both an immediate tightening effect and stimulate additional collagen growth.

Morpheus8 can be used on any areas that can benefit from subdermal renewal. The most commonly treated areas include the lower face and neck. Areas of the face and body that exhibit wrinkles, discoloration or acne scarring are suitable for treatment. Depending on your Morpheus8 treatment regimen, you can expect to have between 1-3 sessions.

PRP Injections

Platelet-rich plasma, or PRP, is made by drawing a small amount of your blood and processing it to separate the platelets from the other components, like red blood cells. These platelets contain growth factors that can help stimulate collagen production and support natural healing within the skin. When injected into targeted areas of the face, PRP can improve tone, soften fine lines and promote a smoother texture.

PRP can be used around the eyes to address hollowness, in the cheeks to restore vibrancy, or across the skin to encourage overall rejuvenation. Because it uses your own blood components, PRP works in harmony with your body to refresh the skin.

Exosome Injections

Exosomes are tiny vesicles that act as messengers between cells, carrying RNA and proteins that help direct repair and rejuvenation. When used in the skin, they provide signals that encourage regeneration, support collagen and elastin production and improve skin vitality.

Exosomes work especially well when paired with PRP and Morpheus8 because they amplify the benefits of each. This combination helps create more noticeable improvements than any of these options alone.

What to Expect From Your Immortal Facial

Consultation

We begin with a thorough consultation that focuses on your skin health and your treatment goals. During this visit, we take time to evaluate your skin quality, review your medical history and talk about your expectations in detail. We also explain how Morpheus8, PRP and exosomes work individually and how they complement one another when combined, so you understand the benefits of the Immortal Facial before deciding if it is right for you.

Preparation

On the day of treatment, we cleanse your skin and apply a topical numbing cream to minimize discomfort throughout the session. Then we will draw a small amount of blood from your arm while we wait for the topical anesthetic to take effect. The PRP is processed in our office and then placed in a syringe for injection. Before your treatment, avoid too much sun exposure and any products that could make your skin more sensitive. Come into the office with clean, product-free skin that is ready for treatment.

Treatment

Once your skin is numb and the PRP and exosomes are prepared, we will start the Morpheus8 microneedling and injections. You will have multiple injections as we seek to evenly apply the PRP and exosomes to the areas that will benefit most. The topical anesthetic will minimize much of the discomfort from both the microneedles and the injections, but we will check in with you often to make sure you are comfortable.

Downtime and Recovery

You can expect some redness, swelling and pinpoint marks in the treated areas, which may last anywhere from one to five days, depending on how your skin responds. The sensation may feel similar to a sunburn, with warmth and tightness that gradually ease as the skin begins to heal. We recommend avoiding sun exposure, makeup, and heavy exercise during the first couple of days to allow your skin to recover comfortably and to maximize your outcome.

Immortal Facial Results

The first changes you may notice are a smoother texture and a fresher glow within the weeks after treatment as collagen and elastin begin to rebuild. PRP and exosomes continue to support the regenerative process, so improvements become more noticeable as time goes on. We may recommend that you schedule maintenance sessions at regular intervals to extend the benefits of your treatment.
